The hotel room was wonderfully appointed with a modern bathroom and WiFi. the food at the club was great. - the property's location was beautiful, very close to the waterfront. - Free airport shuttle service was convenient. - the service was attentive, including a very early check-in.

The room was clean and well lit. The bed was very comfortable. The lounge and lobby area was very nice and comfortable. The view of the Bay was excellent with a patio if you wanted to sit outside to have your drinks. You could also watch the planes landing and taking off. The aircraft noise was hardly noticeable.

The menu in the restaurant was limited and a little pricy.

The room was very clean and well appointed. I particularly liked the bathroom and the decor. Our window looked out on the water and the airport and that was a treat. The linens made everything feel very clean and spiffy. The consierge level was a treat being able to relax in the lounge on the 11th floor and talk to other travelers. The food in the Hanger Steak Restaurant was fabulous! Would stay there again.

It would be nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room......I didn't like paying for parking.

Our room was a good size and had been recently renovated. the bed was really comfy, and we liked having wake-up service available ⏰.

The restaurant was premium with acceptable menu, I tried light dishes. Included a sitting area, large windows and a sofa, and the bed was really nice. A gym area and cardio equipments were right on spot...

I was very happy with how easy it was to both reduce and extend reservation days through Booked.net. My travel plans changed during my stay ... My original reservation was for 4 nights but I had to reduce it to 2 nights and then extend an extra day to 3 and then extend a second time back to my original 4 nights. Each time conveniently only required one phone call and did not cost me extra to make my needed changes.

The venue is exceptionally clean with especially helpful staff at the reception desk, and I definitely would stay here again.

Close to airport for short shuttle to airport in the morning

The only negative is that the bellman insisted we take the 3:30am shuttle for a 5:45am flight b/c of how busy the airport would be at that time. We got to the airport a good 45 minutes before it even opened!! We could've taken the 4:00 and gotten another 30 minutes sleep.

The proximity to the San Francisco Airport was really important. It was easy to hold business meetings here.

The breakfast here is fantastic, offering great value with fresh juices and a variety of options for everyone's tastes.

I was offered a room with absolutely superb views over the bay and airport. The location in an extremely comfortable area was excellent and perfect and there were shopping centers and a supermarket nearby.

Convenient area with shops and a grocery store nearby 🛍️. The airport is just a half-mile away🛬. The staff here are all super friendly and quick at what they do👍.

Tastefully decorated rooms with contemporary design, Wifi, very attentive staff at the reception desk. Location so close to great restaurants, a beautiful view of the planes landing and the very nearby runways. For tea or coffee visit New World Cafe nearby.

Beds were a bit too soft.
